Our offer

We study place-based behavior patterns, spatial practices, opinions, and evaluations of residents in the early stages of planning. For this purpose, we use geo-questionnaires and more traditional methods that do not require access to the Internet.

We diagnose living conditions using data from geo-questionnaires and other geospatial data (GIS), which we use to calculate urban indicators regarding, among others, access to local services, green spaces, and public transport. We can supplement such a diagnosis with a field audit.

We present and collect citizens’ opinions about plans, strategies and concepts at a stage when planners are still working on their alternative designs. For this purpose, we use online geo-presentations, geo-discussions, as well as participatory meetings and workshops.

SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY

We offer research and consulting services for the development of sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPs) at the scale of cities and agglomerations, neighborhood traffic calming schemes, and policies related to cycling or public transport.

GREEN SPACES

We offer analyses and public consultations regarding the development of green and blue-green infrastructure systems. We support the creation of databases on green areas including their location, infrastructure and quality assessment.

Using many years of our experience, diverse skills of our team, and a network of trusted partners, we support making decisions about spatial development at various stages and in multiple sectors.

Our methods allow, among others:

-> to estimate the amount of CO2 emissions from transport,

-> to calculate the share of travel modes in mobility,

-> to assess the propensity of residents to change their travel behavior,

-> to identify areas where residents are dissatisfied with access to public transport,

-> to calculate the average travel time between different parts of the city using different modes of transport,

-> to identify places where there are difficulties in moving around, such as troublesome interchanges or dangerous pedestrian crossings

-> to learn about the opinions of residents on transportation projects, such as traffic calming, bus lanes, and cycling routes.

-> to indicate areas of the city that have poor or good access to green areas,

-> to identify green areas that are most frequently visited and most positively evaluated by residents.
